Horizon 6-Color UV Screen Printing Press 24x24 image

American Horizon 6-color Screen Printing Machine with 6 Magnum UV Dryers 300 watts per inch max. Mounted in-line to cure each color as it is printed.

Maximum image size is 24" x 24". This machine is large, about 20 feet in diameter and needs room to work around it. It has been used very little in the last 15 years and is still wired up and can be dry run if someone wants to come and look at it. Runs on 220 volt 3-phase, 200 amp electric and needs a supply of compressed air for the squeegee -floodbar change-over cylinders. The rest of it (print heads and indexer) is driven by variable speed DC drive motors. This machine comes apart into many pieces to make it easier to move, I hauled it on a 30' flatbed gooseneck trailer, with everything arranged for the least space.

Guesstimated total weight 8,000-10,000 #. This machine also has the Cool-Mod unit which cools the pallets before the load station. It works great for 4-color process work.
